Less Leg More Heart is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting amputees beyond the hospital doors. Born from lived experience, we know that losing a limb isn’t just a physical loss — it impacts every part of a person’s life: emotionally, financially, mentally, and socially.

That’s where we come in.

Through our four core programs — HEARTS (Peer Mentorship), HELPS (Medical Advocacy), HOPE (Holistic Wellness Support), and HOME (Post-Discharge Home Services) — we walk beside amputees during some of the hardest and most vulnerable times in their lives.

We’ve helped hundreds of people reduce pain, improve mobility, avoid isolation, and even find new purpose by becoming volunteers themselves. Whether it’s a running blade for a child, groceries during recovery, or just someone who truly understands — your support helps us show amputees that they are never alone.
